Sartone is a trading name of L & E S.R.L.. L & E S.R.L. is the seller of record for every order placed on this website. It is the party that contracts with you, invoices you, ships to you and refunds you.

Value added tax

L & E S.R.L. is registered for Italian VAT (imposta sul valore aggiunto) at the ordinary rate of 22%. How VAT and non-EU import charges are applied to your order is set out in the terms and conditions of sale.

Chamber of commerce

The company is entered in the register held by the Camera di Commercio di Milano Monza Brianza Lodi. That chamber also operates the mediation service referred to in our dispute routes.

This site is published and operated by L & E S.R.L. at the address above. Editorial responsibility for its content rests with the company. It is not a registered periodical under Italian law 62/2001 and is not subject to registration as such.

Product names used here are our own; we use no third-party trade mark, character, team, film or likeness anywhere on this site or on any garment we sell.

Accuracy

The construction, composition, fill and origin figures published on each product page describe the current production batch. Where a batch changes, the page changes with it, and the sewn-in label on the garment you receive is definitive. If a label ever disagrees with this website, tell us and we will treat the difference as a conformity issue under the statutory guarantee — with the remedy at your choice, not ours.

Applicable law

These notices and every contract formed through this site are governed by Italian law. Nothing here removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you habitually reside.
