Return conditions for this piece
Above USD 500 we check returns closely. Trying a coat on indoors is expected and fine. Send it back with the hang tag still attached and uncut, no scent or cosmetic marks, and no sign it has been worn outdoors. Those three things are the whole test.
The top of the line, and the place where the honest number matters most: the cloth is 22% cashmere, not 'cashmere'. Cashmere at that proportion softens the handle and raises a faint nap without collapsing the structure the way a higher proportion would. Under it sits the same full canvas front as A-03.
